With the closure of Frenchay Hospital and the new building at Southmead, Bristol North NHS contracted Spartan to handle all the IT Asset Disposal and Secure Data Destruction of the redundant IT Assets and peripheral equipment.

The project proved challenging as over 2000 assets had to be removed whilst other clear out teams also operated on site. This was further compounded with tight deadlines to complete everything in.

Over a two week period, Spartan successfully removed all assets, securely transported them back to Staffordshire and completed a full asset report, carried out secure data destruction and presented all reports back to the Trust within agreed SLA's
